Dufferin-Rutherford townhouses proposed

At its March 6 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding a zoning bylaw amendment application by Pala Builders for lands at the southeast corner of Crimson Forest Drive and Marc Santi Boulevard. Pala proposes to develop 126 three-storey condominium townhouses accessed by private common element condominium roads. The site was formerly reserved for a future elementary school, but was deemed surplus by the York Region District School Board.
