Approval recommended for Vaughan townhouses

At its February 6 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a final report recommending approval of zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision applications by Wycliffe Clark Limited. Wycliffe Clark proposes to build 82 three-storey townhouses on lands at the south side of Clark Avenue West, west of Bathurst Street, known as Part of Lot 3, Concession 2.
