Maple townhouse proposed

At its January 23 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding applications by 9773 Keele Development for official plan and zoning by-law amendments and draft plan of subdivision approval. The owner proposes to build 12 three-storey freehold townhouses, accessed by a private common element condominium road, on its site at 9773 Keele Street. The existing George Keffer House heritage dwelling is proposed to be relocated on the site.
