Maple subdivision proposed

At its January 23 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a preliminary report regarding applications by Teston Sands for official plan and zoning by-law amendments and draft plan of subdivision approval. Teston Sands proposes to develop its site at 1600 Teston Road for a 96-unit detached-dwelling subdivision.
