The Design Review Panel will consider the following item at its meeting Thursday, January 25 at 9:30 a.m. in committee room 243, Vaughan city hall.

PRESENTATION

Block 2, Interchange Way & Exchange Avenue, Vaughan Metropolitan Centre-The panel is undertaking its first review of QuadReal's proposed residential development located along Interchange Way and Exchange Avenue in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. The proposal incorporates 24 townhouse blocks and two 15-storey buildings. Presentations will be made by City of Vaughan VMC project manager Amy Roots, as well as Turner Fleischer Architects partner Russell Fleischer and IBI Group director Jay Claggett.
