Approval recommended for Vaughan towers

At its January 23 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a final report recommending approval of zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision applications by 1834371 Ontario. 1834371 proposes to build three 35-storey residential apartment buildings with 1,162 units, as well as an eight-storey office building. The development site is located at 2951 Regional Road 7 and 180 & 190 Maplecrete Road.
