Approval recommended for Maple development

At its December 5 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a final report recommending approval of applications for official plan and zoning by-law amendments and draft plan of subdivision by Empire Pace (Maple). Empire proposes to build 11 townhouses and four semi-detached dwellings at 9869, 9881 and 9891 Keele Street. An existing heritage dwelling known as the William Bailey Residence is proposed to be retained and converted into a mixed-use building.
