Vaughan Centre tower proposed

At its December 5 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a public hearing report regarding an official plan amendment by VMC Residences III GP. VMC Residences seeks to amend the official plan to permit an increase in building height from 25 to 55 storeys, and density from 4.5 to 12.1, in order to develop a 55-storey residential tower with 606 units at the southwest corner of Millway Avenue and Portage Parkway.
