Woodbridge plaza redevelopment proposed

At its December 5 meeting, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a public hearing report regarding official plan and zoning bylaw amendments by Loblaw Properties et al. Loblaw et al propose to redevelop an existing commercial plaza at 8535, 8545 and 8585 Regional Road 27 by adding six retail buildings to the plaza for a total GFA of 20,625 m2.
