9:45 a.m. The Prime Minister will participate in a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Station.

-A TTC return shuttle will be provided between Vaughan Station and York University Station for media looking to cover the event
