Lawsuit dismissed against two Vaughan regional councillors

On Jan. 20, 2016 the Ontario Superior Court dismissed the lawsuit filed on Oct. 22, 2014 by DiPoce Management Limited against Vaughan Regional Councillors Michael Di Biase and Gino Rosati.
