Three Vaughan Dairy Queens will participate in this year's Miracle Treat Day happening on Thursday, Aug. 14 at participating Dairy Queen locations across Canada.
Miracle Treat Day is a one-day, national charity drive that donates all proceeds from every Blizzard treat sold to local Children’s Miracle Network member hospitals.
Proceeds from the sale of every Blizzard treat sold Aug. 14 will help support the highest priority needs at SickKids.
Dairy Queen has raised more than $3.3 million for SickKids since 1984.
This year, Dairy Queen celebrates 30 years of collaborative sponsorship with Children’s Miracle Network and $100 million raised in support of member hospitals across North America.
Last year, SickKids managed 25,661 clinic visits from 9,936 patients in York Region.
