Official Opening of Forest View Park

Members of the community joined together on May 26th to celebrate the official opening of Vaughan’s newest greenspace - Forest View Park - with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Forest View Park is in Ward 4 and features accessible junior and senior playgrounds, half-court basketball, a central seating plaza, a park shade structure and a wood chip trail.

“It is an honour to welcome a new park to this growing area of our City, and I know it will be appreciated by the residents for many years to come," said Ward 4 Councillor Sandra Yeung Racco. The park is located at 125 Lady Dolores Ave., west of Bathurst Street and south of Teston Road.
