The Vaughan Chamber of Commerce brought their networking sessions to the links last month, as female members were in for a real treat at Copper Creek Golf Club in Kleinberg.
Golf is the sport of choice for many business meetings and functions and what the “Women DO Golf” event tried, and seemingly succeeded, to accomplish was to build the confidence of novice players.
The event boosted all aspects of the game, from ball striking to putting. The instructors on-site were professionals, some even on the path to one day step on tour with the world’s best. Once the instructional round had completed it was time for the official reception where guests could discuss their golf games and business while enjoying a delicious meal.
