Moksha Yoga Maple will host its 3rd annual Yoga in the Park fundraiser this Saturday, July 26 at Thornhill Green Park.
You can help with their ambitious goal to raise $5,000 for Children of Light.
Moksha Yoga Maple studio owner Jackie Quinnell says Children of Light founder, 23- year-old Laura Pereira, is a community hero and inspiration.
“Laura is a role model in our studio. At such a young age, she has already made an invaluable impact in our world,” she said.
Children of Light is a registered, volunteer-run charity that works to lessen the burden of poverty for children globally.
“We really hope people in the region will come out to support not only Children of Light, but Laura, too,” Quinnell, noting that lululemon has already made a leadership gift of $1,000.
