Durham housing plan approved

A Durham Region comprehensive housing plan was approved by council at its meeting June 4. The 10-year plan’s goals are to create affordable housing and better housing options, develop vibrant communities and reduce homelessness in the region. The region will also be developing a plan for its implementation and will be reviewing it every five years.
