The Township of King is working with MMM Group to create community improvement plans for three villages: King City, Nobleton and Schomberg. The plans are intended to revitalize and redevelop these areas through grants and incentive-based programs and private investment.

The CIPs will also include the creation of sustainable communities with a focus on “mixed use and residential intensification, brownfield remediation, heritage conservation, adaptive re-use and environmental-based incentives.”
