Richmond Hill approves green strategy

Town of Richmond Hill council approved an environmental strategy called Greening the Hill:
Our Community, Our Future at its meeting April 28. The strategy is part of the town’s strategic plan and is intended to protect and improve its natural environment. To track progress implementing the strategy, the town will be using an environmental scorecard.
