Masa Sushi Cheque Presentation to ETA Vaughan

May 2014

The folks at Masa Sushi celebrated two big occasions on March 17th. While the colour green was out in full force for St. Patrick's Day celebrations, Masa Sushi ownership and staff also spread the luck of the Irish to representatives from ETA Vaughan. Each year, the local restaurant picks a charity to share proceeds from their anniversary day proceedings and this year, that charity was ETA Vaughan. A cheque for $2,027 was presented to Maria Di Poce of ETA Vaughan, as Members of Council joined in on the celebrations and looked on with pride. It's always great to see local businesses step up and use their success to help vulnerable members of the community, and the people at Masa Sushi are committed to doing just that as long as they are here in the Woodbridge community.
