The community was invited to hear a special announcement concerning the upcoming Luminato Festival on April 9th. Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua joined Luminato Festival CEO Janice Price, Co-Founder and Chair, Tony Gagliano and Artistic Director, Jorn Weisbrodt at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection for the announcement.
Every year the Luminato Festival attracts many people from all over the Greater Toronto Area including residents from the City of Vaughan. Luminato Festival is also known as North America’s leading arts festivals and always has a fantastic turn out every year. For a little over a week in June, anyone interested in checking out some of the beautiful artwork on display at Luminato Festival is welcome to purchase tickets online with some events free of charge to the public.
