Don't put the scarves and gloves away just yet, York Region.
While today is pleasing us with warm temperatures, hovering at above freezing in the morning, and dropping to -3 C for most of the day, Environment Canada expects the temperature to drop to -16 C in the evening.
"Temperatures will fall through the day, and we will have a another frigid night," Weather Network meteorologist Monica Vaswani said.
Both sunshine and flurries will appear during the day, Environment Canada said.
A similar weather forecast is set for Sunday, with a colder day at -6 C and slightly warmer night at -15 C. On the bright side, tomorrow will be almost entirely sun-filled, according to Environment Canada.
Spring arrives Thursday – officially that is.
