Vaughan subway station on track

Construction of a subway station is under way at the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre in the City of Vaughan. The station, at the city’s new planned downtown community at Highway 7 and Jane Street, is scheduled to begin service in fall, 2016.

The station will include a York Region bus terminal for commuters to connect to the Viva rapid bus service operating in dedicated lanes on Highway 7.
