Rezoning recommended for Vaughan townhouses

At is meeting February 4, Vaughan committee of the whole considered a staff report recommending approval of zoning bylaw amendment and draft plan of subdivision applications by Maplequest Developments Inc.

The application is to rezone lands from agricultural to residential townhouse to permit development of 364 townhouses. The site is located at Weston Road and Major Mackenzie Drive.
