Canada Public Awareness Award

Division 1: Vaughan Emergency Planning for its development of the PrepE Disaster Preparedness Workbook, a learning tool developed for teens 12 and older.

The Vaughan City Council was proud that their city received the 2014 IAEM-Canada Public Awareness Award (Division 1-Local), and recognized the accomplishment of Vaughan Emergency Planning at the Dec. 2 council meeting.
