Recommendation for site plan approval

Vaughan planning staff recommends council approve a site plan application by Cambay Holdings Inc. at its December 9 meeting subject to the conditions detailed in its report. Cambay Holdings seeks to construct a three storey office building, four low-rise commercial buildings and below-grade parking near the intersection of Major Mackenzie Drive and Cityview Boulevard.
