Approval recommended for commercial and office condos

Planning staff recommends that Vaughan council approve the draft plan of condominium submitted by Melruth Development Corporation for commercial and office buildings near Rutherford Road and Melville Avenue at its meeting on December 9. The plan includes a two-storey office building, a one-storey multi-unit retail building, a two-storey, mixed-use building with ground-floor retail uses and second storey office uses, a one storey eating establishment, and a one-storey eating establishment with a drive through and outdoor patio.
