Portraits of Giving Arrives at the Vaughan City Hall

SNAP'd stopped by the Vaughan City Hall to visit one of the stops for Merk Photography's 5th Annual Portraits of Giving Exhibit that was displayed from Oct 10th to 31st. This unique photographic presentation celebrates individuals in our community who reach beyond their busy lives to give back to others. Vaughan's honoree is SNAPd's one and only John Amendola! This year the Portraits of Giving team collaborated with Upper Canada Mall, the presenting sponsor for 2014, who hosted a stunning opening reception at the Upper Canada Mall on June 19th to kick off this year's tour. The Portraits of Giving charity partner for a second year is the Character Community Foundation of York Region who received $10,630 from the exhibit thanks to all of the sponsors, attendees and volunteers.
