City of Vaughan Council has approved a zoning bylaw amendment application, thereby allowing Vaughan Crossings Incorporated to proceed with the first phase of its Ward 4 development. The first phase of two, consists of one four-storey office building and three multi-unit service commercial buildings located on the northwest corner of Dufferin Street and Centre Street, otherwise known as 7818 Dufferin St.
The first phase of the project was initially approved by council on Jan. 29, 2013. The second phase lands are zoned with a holding symbol, “(H),” until such time as a site development application is approved by City of Vaughan Council.
