7 York establishments cited for violations

Public health inspectors handed out tickets for violations of the province’s Health Protection and Promotion Act at seven York Region establishments last week.

The following violations were reported between Nov. 10 and 16:

The food premises disclosure system provides the public access to information relating to charges laid and closures made by York Region community and health services public health inspectors.

Health inspection results are available for food establishments, recreational water facilities, salons and spas in York Region.

You can look up the most current inspection reports of your favourite establishments, such as restaurants, pools, whirlpools, wading pools, splash pads, small drinking water systems and personal service settings.
