Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce welcomes Natural Fitness Solutions

Owners Dr. Jody Ferreria and Marcia Adair recently announced the grand opening of Natural Fitness Solutions, Eliot Business Park, Unit #46, Eliot, (Route 236).

Natural Fitness Solutions is offering the seacoast unique training experiences such as one-hour bootcamp/circuit style classes, half-hour High Intensity Interval Training Classes, home school gym for children and teens, small group training, one on one personal training as well as nutrition consultation. They are also a SPARTAN SGX training facility, one of the few in the seacoast area. Morning and evening classes are available as well as by appointment.

Ferreria and Adair are both ACE certified personal trainers and Spartan X certified trainers. Ferreria is a local chiropractor and nutritionist. Both owners want to empower their clients with strength gained through the workouts and a healthy lifestyle. Clients become accustomed to this by taking baby-steps, overcoming their weakness, and breaking through barriers.
