Provincial growth implementation

The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing is providing support through its Places to Grow Implementation Fund for projects that promote and help achieve the policies or goals of the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe and the Growth Plan for Northern Ontario. Initiated in 2013, the fund awards grants ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 to support a limited number of innovative projects. This year priority will be given to research initiatives and projects that build awareness and understanding of growth planning in Ontario with a focus on enhancing implementation of growth planning policies. The deadline for applications is September 25 at 5:00 p.m.
