Woodbridge subdivision approved

At its June 23 meeting, Vaughan council approved a zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of subdivision applications by Millwood Valley Developments Inc. for its property located north of Major Mackenzie Drive and east of Pine Valley Drive. Millwood is proposing a residential subdivision comprising 27.5 detached dwelling units.
