East Gwillimbury launching speed limit pilot program

East Gwillimbury is introducing a pilot program that will paint speed limits on road surfaces.

The program will be carried out on Yonge Street, between Queensville Sideroad and Silver Lakes Golf Course.

A speed study will be conducted in advance of the pilot and followed up after installation and again one year following installation.

Staff will compile traffic data and provide a report back to council to discuss the results.
