The Vaughan Chamber of Commerce welcomed Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua and over 500 guests as they hosted the annual Mayor’s Luncheon on February 18th. This year’s event was presented by Fazzari & Partners. There was an excellent turn out, with several local businesses and Members of Council in attendance to show their support and take note of Mayor Bevilacqua’s plans for the future. This was the perfect opportunity to network and chat with peers in the local business community.

When Mayor Bevilacqua took to the stage, he thanked everyone for taking the time to attend the Mayor’s Luncheon. With over 25 years of political experience, including his run as Mayor which began in 2010, and continued after an overwhelming win in October 2014, Bevilacqua shed light on much the City of Vaughan has grown in the past few years and some of the exciting things coming in the next few years. Plans include a new subway, downtown core, jobs & a hospital just to name a few!

All guests were provided a delicious lunch during the Mayor’s speech. This year’s luncheon was held at the The Venetian Banquet & Hospitality Centre.
