Pleasant Ridge Library Opening Celebration

Pleasant Ridge Library, the newest addition to Vaughan Public Libraries opened its doors to the public on December 20th. Staff members and volunteers at Pleasant Ridge Library were beaming with pride as they welcomed everyone to the newest library in the city of Vaughan.

Vaughan Public Libraries invited everyone in the community to come and explore the brand new library and find out all of the wonderful services and programs the library has to offer. The kids were in for a fun afternoon at the library where they were able to play at the LEGO Mania program and build fun structures and anything else that came to their imagination.

Many people took a tour of the new facility and were impressed with what they saw including the library’s modern look, the spacious study areas and all of the books of course! The Pleasant Ridge Library team was on site to help show visitors around the new facility and answer any questions they might have about what is available at the library.
