Sugarbush Maple Syrup Festival
Maple lovers can get their fill of the sweet treat, with samples, maple tapping demonstrations and pancake breakfasts. The fest also has wagon rides and family-friendly activities. Feb. 28 – Apr. 12 Kortright Centre and Bruce’s Mill, Kids: $6.50, Adults: $10.

Urban Book Expo
Authors and publishers present the latest offerings in the Canadian urban fiction genre, including a variety of African-American fiction and multicultural literature. Feb. 28, 12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Malvern Branch Public Library, Free.
