5 single-detached dwellings recommended in Vaughan

At its February 17 meeting, Vaughan council considered a recommendation report from planning staff to approve a zoning by-law amendment application by Clarzan Developments Inc. for its property at 1115 Clarence Street and 40 Appian Way. Clarzan is proposing to rezone the site to facilitate the creation of five lots for single-detached dwellings.
