GO Transit commuters will have access to free Wi-Fi at 36 stations starting Monday. The service, which has been available at 14 GO stations and terminals, is expected to roll out across the entire system by the end of the year.

GO is still exploring Wi-Fi on its trains and buses but hasn't figured out how to provide it in an affordable fashion, according to Metrolinx.

The Internet access is provided to GO free by IMA Outdoor, in exchange for advertising revenue.

Riders can connect to the Internet by selecting “Free WiFi at GO” on their devices.
