Toronto Hydro wants you to be prepared, in case another ice storm hits

Believe it or not, it's been two years since the ice storm of 2013, that crippled the city through the holidays.
While temperatures remain in the double digits through Christmas Eve, when winter finally comes, warmer temperatures actually mean there's a better chance we could see a repeat ice storm.
So Toronto Hydro wants you to put together a care package, just in case.
And they suggest, when building your emergency kit, remember:
