ULI Toronto Advisory Board Announced

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Toronto announces its inaugural Advisory Board today, at a 10th anniversary event of ULI’s existence in Toronto, and a celebration of urban leadership in the region.

“I am proud to announce our inaugural Advisory board that constitutes a range of our region’s most accomplished urban leaders” said Rob Spanier, Chair, ULI Toronto. “The addition of this board to our leadership structure will strengthen ULI’s mission to advance the responsible use of land in the Toronto Region.”

ULI is the home to the broadest diversity of land professionals and companies spanning public and private sectors across an international network. With a local membership of over 1100 ULI private and public sector professionals (36,000 worldwide), ULI advances is global mission in the Toronto region through its programming, events and thought leadership which seek to improve civic dialog and focus it on the long term.

“In this Advisory Board ULI is signaling a new chapter in advancement of its global mission. It is an activist board that will push ULI into the most challenging issues facing our region” said Richard Joy, Executive Director, ULI Toronto. “While not an advocacy organization, ULI Toronto leverages its diverse and professional global network of experts to elevate civil dialogue on major land-use issues in the GTHA.”
