Vitanova Summer Festival

Snapd Woodbridge
Sept. 2015

It was a wild afternoon on August 30th as Vitanova hosted a Summer Festival at their 6299 Rutherford Road location. The event featured music, entertainment, a BBQ with all the fixings, games for kids, and tours of the building and grounds. Admission and parking were completely free as well. The organization asked for participants to bring any used clothing they could offer for donation to STEPS, a local charity that also works with those in recovery for substance abuse. The Vitanova Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation chartered by the Province of Ontario and a registered Canadian charity that provides a range of addiction-related services to individuals, families and the community at large-all at no charge. They are a client-centered agency, focused on restoring the individual’s potential as a valued member of a fully-functioning family and a net contributor to the community.
