York Catholic District School Board hosts Mental Health Awareness Night at St. Jean de Brebeuf Catholic High School in Woodbridge.

The event for the school’s parent community is tonight from 7 to 8 p.m.

York Catholic District School Board psychology staff and representatives from community partners, will be on hand to provide information to parents on how we can work together to promote children's mental health and well-being.

The presentation will focus on how to recognize signs of anxiety and ADHD, as well as ways to support students, reduce the stigma of mental health issues, and identify available supports in the community.

St. Jean de Brebeuf is located at 2 Davos Road, Woodbridge.
