Vaughan celebrates Winterfest

The City of Vaughan’s 34th annual award-winning Vaughan Celebrates Winterfest, presented by TD and event sponsor Tim Hortons took place Feb. 11 at Vellore Village Community Centre. The free-family friendly celebrations included official welcome from Mayor Steven Del Duca and Members of Council, followed by several indoor and outdoor activities.
