Plan your trip before you're in your car -- 13 closures are scheduled for roadwork on provincial highways in York Region on Dec. 1, 2023:

• Highway 400 northbound between King Road, King and Highway 9, Kettleby: two alternating lanes closed until Dec. 3 at 11 a.m.

• Highway 400 northbound between Major Mackenzie Drive, Vaughan and King Road, King: two right lanes closed until Dec. 3 at 10 a.m.

• Highway 400 northbound on-ramp at Major Mackenzie Drive, Vaughan: all lanes closed until Dec. 1 at 5 a.m.

• Highway 400 southbound between Aurora Road, Kettleby and King Road, King: two alternating lanes closed until Dec. 3 at 11 a.m.

• Highway 400 southbound between King Road, King and Teston Road, Vaughan: two right lanes closed until Dec. 3 at 9 a.m.

• Highway 400 southbound express between Highway 7, Vaughan and Finch Avenue, Toronto: three alternating lanes closed until Dec. 15 at 6 a.m.

• Highway 404 northbound between Highway 7 and Major Mackenzie Drive, Markham-Richmondhill: two alternating lanes closed until Dec. 2 at 6 a.m.

• Highway 404 northbound on-ramp at Major Mackenzie Drive, Markham-Richmondhill: all lanes closed until Dec. 1 at 5 a.m.

• Highway 404 southbound between Major Mackenzie Drive and Highway 7, Markham-Richmondhill: two alternating lanes closed until Dec. 2 at 6 a.m.

• Highway 427 northbound between Langstaff Road and Rutherford Rd, Toronto: two right lanes closed until Dec. 2 at 5 a.m.

• Highway 427 southbound between Major Mackenzie Drive and Langstaff Rd, Toronto: one alternating lane closed until Dec. 2 at 5 a.m.

• Highway 427 southbound between Zenway Boulevard and Highway 7, Toronto: one right lane closed until Dec. 2 at 5:30 a.m.

• Highway 48 southbound between Stouffville Road and Stouffville Road, Whitchurch-Stouffville: one right lane closed until Dec. 1 at 5 p.m.
