'ALL LANES CLOSED': Significant closures in Vaughan and Markham as well as Richmond Hill Nov. 20-25 on Highway 400 and Highway 427 along with Highway 404 trigger traffic warnings to drivers

There are some new closures coming to to York region highways and drivers in Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill are being warned.
The updates were announced recently on the Ministry of Transportation's 511 Ontario website and some are lengthy. They include:
- Construction on Highway 427 northbound between Langstaff and Rutherford roads will leave two right lanes closed from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Nov. 20-26;
- Construction on Highway 400 northbound between Major MacKenzie Drive and King Road in Vaughan will leave two right lanes closed Nov. 20-26 from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m.;
- Maintenance on the Highway 401 eastbound transfer at Highway 400 will leave "all lanes closed" from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Nov. 20-22, according to the Ministry;
- Construction on Highway 404 southbound between Major MacKenzie and Highway 7 in Markham-Richmond Hill. will leave alternating lanes closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Nov. 20-25.
