The City of Vaughan dedicates a fountain in honour of Queen Elizabeth. Vaughan Mayor Steven Del Duca is joined by the British Counsulate-General to Toronto unveil a plaque at the fountain. Del Duca says it’s important for Canadians to remember the legacy Queen Elizabeth left behind.
