The town of Bradford West Gwillimbury is advising the public of pedestrian and vehicular impacts to begin on July 31, due to construction of the new affordable housing project.

The new building will add 50 new affordable housing units to the region, and is part of the 10-Year Affordable Housing and Homelessness Prevention Strategy. The four-storey building has been designed to compliment the existing urban neighbourhood. New tenants are expected to be welcomed to the affordable housing upon its completion, as early as 2024.
