Plan your trip before you’re on the road: The Ministry of Transportation has scheduled 11 closures in York Region on May 23, 2023 for roadwork on Highway 400, Highway 404, Highway 427 and Highway 9.
- Highway 400 northbound between King Road, King and Aurora Road, Kettleby: two alternating lanes closed from May 23 at 9 p.m. until May 28 at 9 a.m.
- Highway 400 southbound between Aurora Road, Kettleby and King Road, King: two alternating lanes closed from May 23 at 7 p.m. until May 28 at 9 a.m.
- Highway 400 southbound between Highway 7 and Steeles Avenue, Vaughan: one alternating lane closed from May 23 at 10 p.m. until May 28 at 6 a.m.
- Highway 400 southbound express between Highway 7, Vaughan and Finch Avenue, Toronto: three alternating lanes closed from May 23 at 8 p.m. until May 28 at 6 a.m.
- Highway 400 southbound off-ramp at King Road, King: one left lane closed until June 16 at 5 a.m.
- Highway 404 northbound between Aurora Road, Whitchurch-Stouffville and Woodbine Ave, East Gwillimbury: one alternating lane closed until May 26 at 6 a.m.
- Highway 404 southbound between Woodbine Ave, East Gwillimbury and Aurora Road, Whitchurch-Stouffville: one alternating lane closed until May 26 at 5 a.m.
- Highway 427 northbound between Langstaff Road and Langstaff Rd, Toronto: one right lane closed from May 23 at 10 p.m. until May 27 at 6 a.m.
- Highway 427 northbound off-ramp at Major Mackenzie Dr, Toronto: one right lane closed until May 26 at 2 p.m.
- Highway 427 southbound between Langstaff Road and Langstaff Rd, Toronto: one right lane closed from May 23 at 10 p.m. until May 27 at 6 a.m.
- Highway 9 westbound between Highway 400, Kettleby and Peel Regional Road 50, Caledon: one alternating lane closed from May 23 at 9 p.m. until May 26 at 5 a.m.
