Stretch of Bloomington Road in Stouffville under construction until September

Get ready for construction on Bloomington Road this summer

York Region will be working Bloomington Road from west of Woodbine Avenue to Kennedy Road in Stouffville from April until September.

Work includes removal and replacement of the asphalt road surface, guide rail removal and replacement, curb and catch basin repairs and cleaning of ditches to ensure water flows freely.

Road work will occur on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The road will remain open to through traffic; however, lane restrictions will be required. Access to homes and businesses will be maintained.
