We are going to have the first long weekend to enjoy this spring, and Easter Fun Fest could be the very best thing to do in Markham from Good Friday to Easter Monday.
The second annual Easter Fun Fest returns to the Markham Fairgrounds from April 7 to 10. The family-friendly fest is an indoor and outdoor event with highlights, including Easter egg hunts every 15 minutes and incredible photo-ops galore with the giant 15-foot-high plush bunny.
The main stage brings entertainment each day with DJ Trevor’s dance parties, Doo Doo The Clown’s hilarities, Aaron The Magician’s illusions and Hands On Exotics' zany animal antics and education.
Other activities include kiddie midway rides, a range of inflatables including slides, obstacles and bouncy castles, amusing games, awesome food, children’s entertainment, interactive activities and a train ride to round out the fun.
The family entertainment with unlimited rides is included in the special online price of $25 per child aged 2-15 and $15 per person aged 16 and up. Children 23 months and under get free grounds admission. Admission at door is $30 per child and $20 per adult.
Parking is free, while food merchants, vendors and pony rides are an extra charge.
WHEN: FRIDAY, APRIL 7 TO MONDAY, APRIL 10, 10 A.M. -- 6 P.M.
WHERE: MARKHAM FAIRGROUNDS, 10801 MCCOWAN RD.
